Lions' pride despite defeat

Bure Valley Lions U10 vs Attleborough Town F.C U10

An early start for the Lions this morning, with a 9am kick off. 

The boys were working hard to try and get that first goal……. With Attleborough Town scoring the first goal the boys kept their heads up to score from a corner soon after.

1-1 at half time.

Second half came with lots of physicality and plenty of chances for goals from the Lions. Unfortunately Attleborough scored two more goals shortly before the final whistle resulting in a 3-1 defeat.

The mighty Lions walked off with pride and although disappointed managed to rally together to cheer one another up ending in chanting “we want cake!!” which this week were made by Harrison’s mum.

Player of the match this week went to Hayden for his grit and determination throughout the game.
