Jaguars kitted out with new jackets

The Jaguars were back for their first home game of 2025 against top of the league Attleborough. It was a busy morning as there were PR duties for the Jaguars. 

Contract Personnel had provided jackets before the game for our 8 new players and so now the full team was equipped for the winter weather!!

The Jaguars knew this was a tough match but we kept playing the way we’ve been training and we could see the improvement. The girls were now passing the ball and making some good wide passes. Also the tackling was superb today!!! So many times Attleborough were stopped in their tracks by a strong Jaguar!! We were unlucky with goal kicks where we conceded some goals and a deflected own goal. Goal kicks on the training plan for Thursday!! But we did get a couple of corners where we came close to getting that goal. HT 0-4

Attleborough came out strong in the 2nd half and scored 4 times in a 8 min barrage but the girls got settled and then pushed back with some great play down the wings. We’ve needed to improve our game in the last quarter and the girls worked so hard to only concede 1 goal in last 18 mins- well done. FT 0-9

Really positive play and improvement from the girls today who really worked hard as a team and can’t wait to play Waveney next week.
